The position

1. 蒐集所有廠商及員工請款之相關憑證並登錄於系統內，每月１０號及２５號付款。

2. 內、外銷發票作業。

3. 處理固定資產帳務及盤點作業。

4. 現金及銀行事務管理，掌握資金流向、遠匯避險及確實償還款。

5. 遵循一般公認會計原則、公司會計政策 (DAR)及稅法處理帳務。

6. 確保每月結帳之品質與及時性，並提供相關報表。

Key Responsibilities

1. SHE：遵循Envalior及政府相关对于SHE的要求

2. 應付帳款管理：

每日核實憑證登錄SAP，審核請款流程、單據是否完整。

每月10、25日付款及提供遠匯憑證等作業，於必要時開立信用狀。

整理進項憑證，並每單月提交予總帳會計申報營業稅.

維護應付帳款Excel資料庫，各式AP管理報表。

SAP相關月結/年結作業。

3. 應收帳款管理：

按時間開立內、外銷發票、入帳及確認客戶之付款。

維護應收帳款Excel 資料庫，各式AR管理報表。

提交關係企業Invoices 予集團財務中心，

整理出口報關單及銷項憑證，並於每單月提交予總帳會計申報營業稅。

SAP 相關月結/年結作業。

4. 固定資產管理：

將固定資產依照DAR (Envalior accounting rules) 以及台灣當地財稅相關規定入帳，確保固定資產之取得與報廢按照公司規定流程、並監督年度之實地盤點。

維護固定資產Excel資料庫，各式AA管理報表。

維護資產管理Power BI資料庫。

協助制定固定資產管理辦法，依流程調整各式申請表單。

SAP相關月結/年結作業。

5. 銀行事務管理：

每日更新bank statement、負責匯款及繳款、月底提供銀行存款調節表，並提供銀行法規遵循必要資料。

外幣匯款需求、換匯安排、準備外匯交易必要文件。

整理銀行交易憑證，裝訂成冊。

6. 資金管理：

掌握資金流向，確實償還借款。

注意現金流量，並編製現金流量表。

7. 配合相關查核，如會計師審計及稅務查核、以及公司內部控制查核等。

8.其他主管交辦事項、專案協助、改善並優化作業程序。

9.每月將傳票裝訂成冊，妥善保存。

10. SAP Role

Accounts Payable Clerk：Processes purchase invoices and prepares payment proposal lists.

Responsible for purchase invoice processing, including receipt, complete and timely
registration and filing.

Responsible for invoice verification according to applicable instructions.

Responsible for getting approval on purchase invoices in case the related order
and/or receipt notification is missing, or in case the invoice cannot be related to the
corresponding order or receipt notification.

Responsible for handling blocked invoices based on written instructions obtained
from the Buyer.

Responsible for preparing down payment proposals.

Responsible for preparing the payment proposal list.

Accounts Receivable Clerk Processes sales invoices and incoming payments.

Responsible for dispatching invoices.

Responsible for timely processing incoming payments based on bank statements and other source documents.

Supportive to the preparation and execution of pro-active and re-active dunning, in consultation with the Accounts Receivable Senior Administrator.

Supportive to the reporting activities under accountability of the Accounts Receivable Senior Administrator.

Requirements

Fundamental, intermediate and cost accounting. General knowledge of cashier.

Familiar with the tax regulations to meet all the compliances.

Familiar with SAP, Excel, Word and Power Point

English writing and reading skills.

Good team player, proactive and willing to learn and grow.

College degree or above in finance or accouting

At least 3 years’ accounting related experiences (Experience working in an MNC or accounting firm is a plus)
