Responsibilities :

• You are responsible for correct and adequate advice related to the ESH policy.

• You are responsible for the implementation, monitoring, adjustment and reporting of all the necessary activities to ensure the compliance to Taiwanese government’s laws and regulations of Environment, Health and Safety.

• You coordinate, implement and monitor procedures, work instructions and standards (such as ISO 9001 and Occupational Safety and Health Act/Work Rules/Environmental treat)

• You are responsible for the ESH manual and the continuity of certification based on the compliance to the Taiwanese government’s laws and regulations of Environment, Health and Safety.

• You organize (the management) reviews and write the periodically reports on Environment, Health and Safety activities.

• You draw up plans for improvement to optimise the performance with respect to Environment, Health and Safety compliance.

• You analyse and report on industrial accidents and implement precautionary measures.

• You are responsible for facility and power equipment management and maintenance.

• You are responsible for improvement of the factory environment.

• You are responsible for safety and health training.

• You are responsible for health promotion, work injury, human factors engineering improvement.

Requirements

• Have Eexperience working with ISO system9001, preferably ISO9001:2015

• Experience in executing internal audits and implementation for continuous improvements.

• Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with other functional areas.

• Good communication skills in technical English Language (speech, reading and writing).

• 大學以上職安相關科系畢業者

• 3~5年職安相關工作經驗

• 熟悉職安各項法令規定

• 溝通協調能力／抗壓性佳，可獨立作業
