AMAX is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Sr. Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and supplies. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all purchasing activities align with the company's goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and increase efficiency.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.
Manage inventory levels and ensure that materials and supplies are available when needed.
Prepare and maintain purchasing reports and records. Ensure the information within is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date so as to drive decisions.
Forecast material and/or process changes and provide solutions for potential impact on the products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in the industry to ensure competitive advantage.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Must be fluent in English
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred: Previous experience in IT hardware, servers, accelerated computing, data storage, or network.
