- 每月薪資結算、福利津貼審核、年度調薪作業、稅務申報相關作業等
Performance review
- 績效考核作業協助
About Compliance
- 各項政府行政作業報備與遵循（勞資會議召開、工作規則報備等）
Administration
- 維護企業內部人力資源相關紀錄
- 內部規則撰寫 - HRM系統維護作業
- 其他主管交辦作業
Who we are looking for :
- 2~3 年HR相關工作經驗
- 對HR工作具有熱忱，良好的溝通能力與團隊合作
- 具新創或電商相關產業經驗者佳
- 良好的適應能力，能隨時因應組織變化調整
- 熟悉勞動法令
- 具備薪資結算與稅務申報經驗
