The Position

職位目的：

• 管理維持機械設備相關生產設備妥善率，並將成本最佳化。

• 規劃並執行工程專案項目 (在計畫的時間內,以規劃內的預算完成符合目標質量標準的項目)。

• 確保所有的維修工作項目是符合地方立法和Envalior SHE 要求的。

• 管理並確認預防維修保養工作確實執行並完成。

• 設備異常維修及相關根因調查。

• 確認備品備件的完整度

a) Key areas of accountability/responsibility

1.SHE，品質和安全性：

a) 確保符合Envalior SHE，製造，品質和安保要求，ISO9001和ISO14001符合標準要求和當地相關部門的法律，法規。

b) 顯示領導能力，以促進安全和品質意識，安全和品質行為的部門。

c) 負責在部門內SHE和品質表現。確保是安全和健康的工作環境。

d) 在公司內主動溝通，SHE和品質問題，在自己的部門和外部利益相關者。

e) 教育下屬優良的SHE和品質表現。

f) 在部門確保信息安全。

g) PSLC 功能角色 : HAZOP team member, Machine Safety Assessments team member, Role Maintain Plant

2.其他：

1) 監控表現，並確保關鍵績效指標均達到。

2) 參與工廠管理團隊有助於改善工廠整體表現，作為工廠MOC（變更管理）委員會成員;

3) 控制在預算之內的維修費用;

4) 協調和支援其他部門，以確保生產流程順利運轉。

5) 分析設備的性能，執行根因分析和/或其他優越的性能分析，建議及時更換設備的工廠管理。

6) 執行工程項目以提高工廠設備的可靠度及妥善率。

7) 確保MRO及時維修材料的採購，保持關鍵材料安全庫存。

8) 管理承包商工作，提供指導和控制，評估他們的表現，無論是技術方面，SHE和品質方面。

9) 建立文檔管理系統，並確保文件及時更新

d) SAP role :

1. Creates purchase requisitions創建採購請求

Responsible for a purchase request of goods or services documented in a purchase requisition確認所需採購資訊後,負責物品及服務採購需求。

2. Good received 收料,工作完成後於系統進行驗收作業

3. MRO 系統備品備件的建立。

Requirements

任職要求：

1. 學士學位，機械工程或理工相關科系。

2. 在工作流程和SHE要求的知識。

3. 在工程的紀律和安裝標準有良好的知識。

4. 多元文化和國際環境工作能力。

5. 良好的人員管理和溝通技巧。

6. 熟練電腦操作技巧。

7. 通順的中英語口語和良好的書面中英文能力

8. 製造業工廠維護及項目管理執行具備至少五年以上的工作經驗

9. 熟悉製造業工廠工作流程

10. 熟悉化工業SHE要項和地方性法規要求

11. 有獨立執行設備或管線更新的經驗，含設計/規劃/發包等

12. PID與ISO圖的判讀、繪畫與管理

13. 對於大修排程及大修工作安排協調有良好經驗
