- 安裝、管理並維護電腦軟體、系統、網路等配置
- 管理公司印表機及掃描機等設備
- 設備簡易維修故障排除
- 即時協助解決公司同仁設備上的問題及需求
- Mac OS, Windows系統問題排除
- 提供公司內部IT技術上的支援
- 為新進同仁或額外需求設置帳戶並開啟權限
- 測試新的技術，包含但不限於軟體、系統、設備等
- 採購比較設備
- 設備資產管理
- 協助辦公室行政事務 【Who we are looking for】
- 熟悉Mac OS, Windows系統
- 熟悉Jira/Active Directory/Google workspace admin/ITIL v4/PCI DSS/ISO27001者優先
- 有良好的邏輯思考能力
- 良好時間管理能力，可分配事情先後順序並有效規劃及執行工作進度
- 重視時間觀念，會於規定期限內將任務完成
- 具有細心仔細、活潑外向的人格特質
- 良好溝通表達能力，有效跨部門溝通以利完成工作
- 有相關辦公室設備管理/電腦系統問題排除相關經驗佳
- 應屆畢業生可，有行政相關工作經驗者佳
- 資訊相關科系畢業者佳
