耐克直營零售業務部誠聘有思想、有能力、有夢想、有潛力的你！

工作職責：

• 人員管理工作—計劃團隊日常或短期任務重點。管理員工及設置個人目標。培訓員工，支持個人發展，就員工招聘、績效考覈和表揚獎勵等方面提出主要意見；
• 負責單個小/中型店鋪的所有營運管理；
• 管理員工、店鋪經營和店鋪環境，以便達到銷售、服務、組織、顧客滿意度和盈利目標並且保持經營標準；
• 管理店鋪的每日收入和薪資支出；
• 管理員工、管理組或者部門經理並且負責團隊人員發展；
• 負責店鋪團隊有效溝通，獎勵和表彰好的表現；
• 與地區或者區域經理以及公司損失預防部門一起處理店內損失預防問題；
• 提供高檔消費者體驗和員工體驗，實施/執行全球和區域計劃，提升銷售業績。

要求：

• 4年大學學歷以上，有至少4~7年直接相關工作經驗，1~3年以上管理經驗；
• 能夠根據工作需要從事相應的體力工作；
• 能夠接受零售行業的靈活排班。
