【Job Description】

• Regulate annual business plan and present to management team

• Manage sales performance of assigned brands on assigned channels (including Food Service, New Business and EC)

• Develop and manage sales channels, including F&B outlets (e.g., restaurants, cafés, hotels), corporate clients, and e-commerce platforms.

• Proactively identify potential clients and expand market presence to increase product sales coverage and market share.

• Assist in formulating business strategies and annual sales plans to achieve sales targets.

• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and other cross function teams to ensure smooth project execution and product promotion.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insightful market analysis and recommendations to management.

【Job Requirements】

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.

• Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the food, beverage, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries. Experience with ice cream or frozen food channels is a plus.

• Channel Experience: Prior experience working with F&B businesses, corporate bulk purchases, or e-commerce platforms is preferred.

• Skills:

1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

2. Strong market analysis and data interpretation abilities, capable of responding to market changes with effective strategies.

3. Familiarity with business development processes; able to work independently and within a team.

4. Good time management and project execution capabilities.

5. Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is a plus.
