客服團隊是 AmazingTalker 的第一線使用者情報部門精心觀察並記錄使用者的行為與回饋。同時他們扮演著 AmazingTalker 的門面透過與使用者的密切溝通傳達我們的核心價值。他們肩負著提升 AmazingTalker 品牌形象的重要使命不僅全心全意提高使用者滿意度更享受為使用者解決問題所帶來的滿足感。透過這樣的奉獻精神我們致力於讓每位使用者在平台上擁有卓越的使用者體驗。
About the Role
作為「客服專員」您將參與客服培訓計畫透過在資深同事的引導下積極參與實際操作以豐富的實作經驗培養出能夠深入理解用戶需求、設身處地為用戶著想的能力。我們期待您能以專業且耐心的態度對待每一位用戶並有效地溝通並傳達 AmazingTalker 的核心價值。
每一位客服專員每日都面對數以百計的訊息這需要您具備良好的事務管理能力能夠合理安排工作優先順序善用有限資源和時間。同時敏銳的觀察力是不可或缺的您需要能夠從使用者的敘述中迅速找出問題點以快速而準確的方式解決用戶問題。此外您的角色還包括優化現有流程建立有效的工作架構以提升處理重複性工作的效率。

- 全面理解我們的產品願景和公司目標深入了解AmazingTalker平台各功能及運作。
- 熟悉客服和平台SOP透過電郵、線上客服等方式解決問題編修常見問與答內容。
- 主動跨部門溝通協調客服問題解決確保內部合作無縫。
3個月內您將會
- 提升客服回應效率、滿意度有效管理提高整體滿意程度。
- 透過使用者溝通主動收集需求和痛點提出建議改進產品和服務。
- 探索假設確定問題深入分析和優化實質改善使用者體驗。
★本職務僅為服務性客服工作無推銷與業績壓力
Working Hours
- 此職缺為固定遠端輪班。
- 主要輪班時段為17:00- 01:00 ( 有夜間津貼。
- 週休二日。

應徵條件
- 具備一年以上的客服工作經驗
- 英文流利能處理英語信件與來電
