As we expand into the Taiwan market, we’re looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and establish Bjak as a trusted name in the region.

As the Digital Marketing Manager for Taiwan, you will play a pivotal role in localizing and implementing Bjak’s marketing strategies for this dynamic market. You will own the end-to-end marketing function for Taiwan, from brand positioning to campaign execution, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader goals while tailoring initiatives to local market needs.

This role demands a seasoned marketing professional who understands the intricacies of the Taiwan market, including consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and the competitive landscape. You are expected to know what it takes to build a compelling brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and maintain strong market positioning in a rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Insight: You should understand how to develop and execute localized marketing strategies that resonate with the Taiwan audience while aligning with Bjak’s global vision.

• Consumer-Centric Approach: Possess a deep understanding of Taiwan’s consumer behavior and trends, using these insights to create impactful campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
• Digital Expertise: Know how to leverage digital marketing channels such as social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing to maximize reach and ROI.
• Brand Leadership: Be able to position Bjak as a leading brand in Taiwan, ensuring our messaging aligns with local values and resonates with our target audience.
• Data-Driven Execution: Use analytics to measure campaign performance, understand market dynamics, and inform future marketing decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Vendor and Agency Management: You should be adept at working with local agencies, influencers, and media partners to amplify campaigns and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing the Taiwan market.
• Proven expertise in crafting and executing integrated marketing campaigns tailored to local audiences.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills in Mandarin and English, with the ability to produce engaging content and manage bilingual campaigns.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Deep understanding of the Taiwan market, including regulatory considerations, cultural nuances, and competitive dynamics.
  
  
• 7年以上行銷經驗，且至少3年擔任領導職位，負責管理台灣市場。
• 具備制定並執行針對在地受眾的綜合行銷活動的專業知識。
• 深入了解數位行銷渠道、工具及最佳實務。
• 優秀的中英文溝通能力，能夠製作引人入勝的內容並管理雙語行銷活動。
• 以成果為導向，具備在快速變化、創業氛圍中適應與發揮的能力。
• 深入理解台灣市場，包括法規考量、文化差異與競爭態勢。
