Job Title: Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager
Location: Taiwan
Role Summary
Drive sales of exhibition booths, sponsorships, and digital services through proactive outreach, client meetings, and consultative account management. Manage pipeline and activities in Salesforce, provide timely reports and market insights, and support receivables follow-up while partnering with the Marketing and Operations team on lead generation, business matchmaking, and floorplan/sales execution. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, stay current on industry trends, and consistently achieve assigned targets in a fast-paced, travel-ready environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Account Management
- Sell exhibition booths, sponsorships, and digital services
- Acquire new customers and nurture existing accounts
- Expand business via outbound calls and client meetings
- Attend industry events to stay on market trends
2.Sales Process Management
- Track pipeline and activities in Salesforce
- Provide regular sales reports and market analysis
- Support payment-related follow-up as needed
3.Team Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing to source leads and facilitate business matchmaking
- Support floorplan allocation and sales strategy
- Complete tasks assigned by the manager

主要職責
1. 業務開發與客戶經營
- 負責展位銷售、贊助方案與數位服務推廣
- 開發新客戶並維繫現有客戶關係
- 透過電話開發、拜訪客戶等方式拓展業務
- 參與行業展會活動,掌握市場動態
2. 銷售流程管理
- 運用Salesforce系統追蹤客戶進度
- 定期提供銷售報表與市場分析
- 協助處理客戶款項相關事宜
3. 團隊協作
- 配合行銷團隊開發新的潛在客戶和商業媒合
- 協助規劃展位配置與銷售策略
- 完成主管交辦事項
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; Business Administration/Marketing preferred
- 3+ years of sales and business development experience
- Experience in exhibitions, agriculture, livestock, or jewelry is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to deliver consultative solutions
- Effective negotiation skills; capable of handling and responding to objections
- Digitally savvy, open-minded, and adaptable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong command of Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Willing to travel domestically and overseas
