Melting Process Engineer (RDSS)

Day to day responsibilities: 

• Drive problem solving efforts thru engineering approaches
• Melting process optimization
• Responsible for Technical analysis of melting process
• Application of analytical results to improve processes capability.
• Interface between Technology delivery/ design group and Plant engineering for trials of new materials, process and technologies into manufacturing.
• Support manufacturing capital expansions, startups and equipment repair worldwide as required.
• Convert technical and fundamental learnings into operational procedures.

Education & Experience

• MS/PhD degree - major in Data science , chemical engineering or science
• Ever worked on side projects of data science or modeling is a plus

Skills:

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of thermal process, Science principle
• Experiment design and execution
• Data analysis experience – Statistical knowledge, data science tool kit is a plus.

Desired Skills:

• Data science tool kit, Computational Modeling tool
• Mature communication skills and good team player
• Hands-on experience in fab is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills in Chinese and English
• Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
• Keen for challenge the goal and work under pressure
• Multi-tasks, able to handle individual assignments and team objectives
