HR Administrator Job - iGaming - Taipei, Taiwan

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Human Resources Administrator to manage and support key HR operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in HR processes, and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities, from payroll and compliance to recruitment and employee relations. This role is essential in maintaining a compliant, efficient, and employee-friendly workplace

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly payroll and bonus processing, including personal income tax declaration, pension, insurance, and payroll system administration.
• Review, maintain, and develop HR policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee full-scope HR functions including:
  

1. HR operations
2. Recruitment
3. Benefits administration
4. Employee relations
5. Onboarding and offboarding
6. Employment formalities
7. Time/attendance and leave management
8. HR reporting

• Participate in regular meetings and report relevant HR matters to management.
• Collaborate on projects with both local and global stakeholders.
• Perform other HR-related or administrative duties as assigned.

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, including recruitment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Must hold a valid R.O.C. (Taiwan) passport.
